All prices are in Euro €.
When will my order ship ?
- In stock : shipped within 2 business days once payment has been processed.
- Made to order items : Processing time is announced on each custom made item page (top part below the pricing). Shipping will occur right after processing time completion.
Please note if your order has several items with different processing time, shipping will occur when longest processing time is over.
In any case, you will get a notification e-mail when the parcel is shipped with the tracking number for your parcel.
What shipping service do you use?
All my parcels are shipped using La Poste, the official French postal service. For custom consoles, I use Colissimo, a premium service from La Poste for parcel shipping. I only use tracked shipping; you will receive the tracking number by e-mail. Tracking page can be found here.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping in order to have it faster trough a premium courrier service (UPS, DHL, Chronopost,etc), please contact me before placing order.
For items going outside of the initial shipping country, once your parcel has arrived in your country it will be delivered by your country's own postal service. Import duties, customs, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Please note that the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. Your parcel can be delivered to you past the EDT for shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, on hold in customs,...
That being said, I’ll work my hardest to make sure you receive your order. If you haven’t received the order and it’s past the EDT, please allow a few more days. After that, get in touch with me via the contact form and I’ll check your order status and handle the issue from my side.
